This training gives you the science, the practices and the professional language to make that conversation intentional. 50 hour of live and pre-recorded learning in Yin yoga, somatic practice, breathwork and vinyasa, all through the lens of our current understanding of the nervous system and held firmly within the ethical scope of yoga teaching.

Intro to the Nervous System & Yoga (10 Hour CPD)

This short CPD and taster course gives yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners a clear & grounded understanding of how the nervous system shapes our breath, movement and experience. You will learn what polyvagal theory explains, and where it’s debated, explore breath-based regulation tools and practice simple somatic sequences that bring calm and awareness into your practice and teaching. It is ideal if you are curious about trauma-informed yoga or preparing for the upcoming 50-Hour Nervous System and Yoga Foundations training.

Yin Yoga 50 Hour Foundation Teacher Training

Yin Yoga Foundations is a 50-hour training designed to support a confident and considered approach to Yin Yoga. Delivered through pre-recorded lectures from the February 2026 training and structured course material, you can move through the content at your own pace while working with a complete programme. The focus is on understanding how practice is experienced in the body, rather than achieving fixed shapes. You will explore functional anatomy, variation, and how to guide practice in a way that is clear, adaptable, and supportive for different students. Alongside this, you will refine your teaching language, develop decision-making skills, and build confidence in how you structure and hold a Yin class. You will receive lifetime access to all materials, with the option to complete assessment for certification.
